<p>Provided is an electronic device with a configuration and a structure to suppress the performance degradation of a sensor due to heat noises and low consumption power on a semiconductor chip. The electronic device (10A) includes a first semiconductor chip (20) which includes a sensor part (21) which is formed by arranging a plurality of sensors (40) and a second semiconductor chip (30) which has a signal processing unit (31) which processes a signal obtained by the sensor (40). The first semiconductor chip (20) and the second semiconductor chip (30) are stacked. At least part of the signal processing unit (31) is composed of a depletion type field effect transistor.</p> |
