<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform prior adjustment of capacitance with high accuracy in a CV conversion circuit using an all differential amplifier.SOLUTION: A capacity trimming circuit 7 comprises: a capacity trimming part 5 which adjusts capacitance to be connected to each of two input terminals of an all differential amplifier 21 into approximately the same state by performing adjustment by using a plurality of trimming capacitors 51 which can be connected or disconnected to the input terminals of the all differential amplifier 21; and a capacity division generation part 6 which generates voltage V1 to which capacity division is performed by a first capacitor 8 by applying reference voltage Vc to one end of a first feedback capacitor Cf1, and generates voltage V2 to which the capacity division is performed by a second capacitor 9 by applying the reference voltage Vc to one end of a second feedback capacitor Cf2 when the adjustment of the capacitance is performed by the capacity trimming part 5, and operates the all differential amplifier 21 as a comparator which outputs a comparison result between the voltage V1, V2.</p> |
