<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die device which enables an improvement in productivity and an enhancement in quality of a laminated iron core to be achieved, and to provide a manufacturing method for the laminated iron core using the same.SOLUTION: A punching die device 10: includes a lower die 15 with working stations arranged side by side and an upper die 17 facing the lower die 15 to move vertically; and forms an iron core piece 11 of a desired shape by sequentially punching a forward-fed plate material 12 at the respective working stations, and then reversely stacking the iron core pieces to form a laminated iron core. The lower die 15 comprises a lifter part 18 that raises the plate material 12 from an upper face position of the lower die 15 when the plate material 12 is forward-fed, and the lifter part 18 comprises a first lifter group 20 including first lifters 19 installed in a plurality on an outer peripheral region of each working station and a second lifter group 22 including second lifters 21 installed in a plurality on an upper face of a blank die 23 where a punching hole 13 for punching an outer shape of the iron core piece 1 is formed or on an upper face of a blank die holder 34 that holds the blank die 23.</p> |
