<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for ensuring high stability of oscillation frequency by enhancing the stability of atmospheric temperature, in an oscillation device where the atmospheric temperature of a crystal oscillator is detected, and the atmospheric temperature is made constant by controlling a heater circuit based on the temperature detection results.SOLUTION: In an internal block 1, main and sub-crystal oscillators 10, 11, main and sub-oscillation circuits 12, 13, and an internal heater circuit 19 are provided, and a temperature control circuit performing feedback control for making the temperature constant is also provided. In an external block 2 on the outside of the internal block 1, an external heater circuit 29 and a temperature control circuit are provided. In the external block 2, open control is performed by grasping the relation of the temperature detection value and the power command value of the external heater circuit 29 in advance, so that the atmospheric temperature of the crystal oscillators 10, 11 in the internal block 1 is stabilized for the environmental temperature change.</p> |
