<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device which reduces fluctuation of the oscillatory frequency of a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal device includes: a substrate 110a; a frame body 110b provided on an upper surface of an outer peripheral edge of the substrate 110a; a crystal element 120 mounted on an area which is located on the substrate 110a and in the frame body 110b; a conductor part 112 which is annularly provided on an upper surface of the frame body 110b; and a sealing lid body 130 which is joined to the conductor part 112 through a glass joint member 150. In the structure, since the conductor part 112 is provided so as to enclose the crystal element 120, external electromagnetic wave noise is shield by the conductor part 112. Therefore, the crystal device inhibits the external electromagnetic wave noise from superimposing on the crystal element 120.</p> |
