In the present invention, provided are a unit stack sealing material, solid oxide fuel cells and a manufacturing method thereof wherein a solid oxide fuel cell made by stacking a plurality of unit stacks comprises unit stacks and a unit stack sealing part located between the unit stacks, wherein the unit stack sealing part includes an upper supporting layer touched with upper unit stacks, a lower supporting layer touched with a lower unit stack; and glass powder pellets which have a separation part located between the upper supporting layer and the lower supporting layer, and a sealing part which surrounds the upper supporting layer and the lower supporting layer to prevent the both supporting layers from being exposed where the upper unit stack and the lower unit stack are fused in the sealing part.
