According to the present invention, a method for preparing a porous carbon body containing heterogeneous elements includes the steps of: a) thermally decomposing algae in an inert atmosphere to prepare an inorganic-carbon body which is a carbon body containing inorganic compound particles; and b) removing the inorganic compound particles in the inorganic-carbon body through an acid leaching process.
