摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method combining press-fit and blazing by which a bonded component having a larger bonding strength can be provided.SOLUTION: A bonding method in which a dynamic vibration absorber 20 is pressed into a piston pin 2 and, thereafter, is brazed to perform bonding includes: a brazing material loading process for loading brazing material M into a recessed groove 20x formed on the surface of a press-in part of the dynamic vibration absorber 20 such that the blazing material M is not protruded from the surface; a press-in process for pressing the press-in part of the dynamic vibration absorber 20 into a part to be pressed-in of the piston pin 2 by inserting the dynamic vibration absorber 20 in which the brazing material M is loaded, into the piston pin 2; and a brazing process for brazing the dynamic vibration absorber 20 to the piston pin 2 by heating a work W obtained in the press-in process to a melting point of the brazing material M or more. Surface roughness of the press-in part of the dynamic vibration absorber 20 and surface roughness of the part to be pressed-in of the piston pin 2 are 0.05 to 100 μm, and a press-in margin of the press-in part of the dynamic vibration absorber 20 into the part to be pressed-in of the piston pin 2 is 20 μm or less.
