<p>An arm rest for a vehicle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the arm rest for a vehicle formed between a driver′s seat and a passenger seat is hinged to an upper portion of a console storing an object therein to enable the console to be opened and closed. The arm rest for a vehicle comprises: a main body wherein a skin unit coming in contact with a user′s arm is installed while the skin unit surrounds an outer circumference of a foam core unit, and a heating pad installed between the skin unit and the foam core unit; a hinge unit of which an upper end is installed in a lower portion of a rear side of the main body; and an electric wire connected to the heating pad and penetrating inside from an upper portion to a lower portion of both sides of the hinge unit to be installed where a connector is installed in an end part.</p>
