<p>The present invention provides a vehicle terminal device for a city traffic information system including: a communications module which communications between one or more other vehicle terminal devices, vehicles, and infrastructures; an event recognition unit which recognizes a vehicle event and generates vehicle event data; a photographing unit which photographs environs of the vehicle and generates an image; a security module which performs digital security of driving data of the vehicle and the image; an application module which applies the digitally secured driving data and image to an application through the security module; and a control module which manages a control signal for connecting the communications module, the event recognition unit, the photographing unit, the security module, and the application module. The control module transmits the digitally secured image to a preset terminal through the communications module when the vehicle event occurs.</p> |
