<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for feeding beads to a die cast machine capable of advantageously avoiding interference with a ladle which supplies molten metal and capable of effectively suppressing or blocking overheating of a supply pipe in a simple mechanism without performing reciprocating movement or the like when feeding the beads of solid lubricant into a molten metal supply sleeve of the die cast machine.SOLUTION: A device for feeding beads is configured such that at least a part of carrying air is separated from beads by means of an air bleeding means 54 and, on the other hand, such beads are fed into a sprue 32 such that the beads are caused to drop downward. Therein, the air bleeding means 54 is provided such that the position is fixed, further, a supply pipe 56 for guiding the beads dropping from the air bleeding means 54 to the sprue 32 is provided such that the position is fixed and, at the same time, a cooling air supply means 58 which supplies cooling air to the supply pipe 56 and circulates such cooling air into the supply pipe 56 so as to be released from a sprue 32 side opening part of the supply pipe 56 is provided.</p> |
