<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which, in a conventional hammering test, a cylinder block rigidity evaluation cannot be performed in an engine operation state, hence excessive strength must be applied to a cylinder block for safety, and the weight reduction and cost reduction are inhibited.SOLUTION: The cylinder block rigidity evaluation device includes: a pressure sensor for detecting an engine combustion pressure of an engine to be evaluated; a microphone for detecting the vibration of a cylinder block of the engine to be evaluated; and a controller for calculating a resonance frequency using an output from the pressure sensor as the input signal and an output from the microphone as the output signal.</p> |
