PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dielectric constant rubber composition capable of sufficiently suppressing reduction of electrical property of components for power cable and to provide components for power cable.SOLUTION: There is provided a high dielectric constant rubber composition where 100 pts.mass of a base resin consisting of 20 to 90 mass% of hydrocarbon based rubber and 10 to 80 mass% of a polar group-containing resin having a polar group and 50 to 400 pts.mass of titanate are blended.
