PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified styrene resin composition that has more excellent mold processability than that of the conventional one and can maintain mechanical characteristics of a molded article thereof, to provide a method for producing the rubber-modified styrene resin composition and to provide a molded article of the rubber-modified styrene resin composition.SOLUTION: The rubber-modified styrene resin composition contains a copolymer having a content of 76-86 wt% and constituting a continuous phase and a rubber particle having a content of 14-24 wt% and constituting a disperse phase. The copolymer is a styrene/acrylonitrile copolymer (A1) and the rubber particle has a first rubber particle having no occlusion structure and a second rubber particle having an occlusion structure. The rubber-modified styrene resin composition has a relationship between a value of Z-average molecular weight Mz as measured by a gel permeation chromatography and a value of a melt flow index MI as measured under the environment of a load of 10 Kg at 220°C satisfying Mz×10/MI<18.
