PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a steering device which changes a steering angle of driving wheels, by optimizing a components arrangement in an engine room.SOLUTION: A drive shaft 20 provided with driving wheels 25 at both ends thereof, is arranged in a U shape formed by a first link 11 of a piston crank mechanism 6, a locker arm 10 and a second link 12, to penetrate an internal combustion engine 1 in a cylinder row direction. In addition, a steering device 31 which changes a steering angle of the driving wheels 25 comprises a steering rack 32, which is arranged in an area closer to the vehicle front side than the internal combustion engine 1.
