The applicator housing chamber 4 has a base 20A which supports the shaft body 11 closer to one end of the cosmetics applicator 10a, 10b and a slip prevention protruding part 23 where the other end of the cosmetics applicator 10a, 10b is brought into contact. A distance between the slip prevention protruding part 23 and a wall surface 8a of the applicator housing chamber 4 is shorter than a distance between the base 20A and a wall surface 8b of the applicator housing chamber 4 in a longitudinal direction of the applicator housing chamber 4.
