PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to prevent paper jam even when a sheet size different from a size of a sheet in use is set.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus operates as follows: inputting a size of a sheet P detected by a conveyance roller from a conveyance control section (step S105); determining whether "the size of the sheet P" set by a user is the same as a size of the sheet P actually detected by the conveyance roller (step S106); outputting a command for using "the size of the sheet P" set by the user for control, to a print engine (step S107); determining whether "designation of print suspension" has been set in "designation of print processing" (step S108); displaying a warning message reporting that the size of the sheet P is different when the "designation of print suspension" has been set (step S109); and outputting a command for controlling the sheet P as a maximum size, to the print engine (step S110). |
