PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the maintenance work of a suction pump used in a suction device.SOLUTION: A suction instrument (10) includes a storage container (100). The storage container (100) has an inlet port (130a) and an outlet port. The suction instrument (10) also includes: a suction pump (210); a connection member (220) for connecting the suction pump (210) to the storage container (100) so that the suction pump (210) can suck gas inside the storage container (100) through the outlet port; and a mount part for mounting a control unit (300) detachably. The suction pump (210) includes: a connection conductor (212) to be connected to the control unit (300); a piezoelectric element which repeats expansion and contraction by a drive voltage supplied from the control unit (300) through the connection conductor (212); and a diaphragm which vibrates by the expansion and contraction of the piezoelectric element.
