<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire that can be reliably emphasized not only flaws extending in the X direction but also ones extending in the Y direction and enhance the accuracy level of detection.SOLUTION: Light irradiated from an LED 7 is made incident on an X-directional condenser lens 10 and is passed through this X directional condenser lens 10 to be condensed in the X direction. Also, light having passed through the X-directional condenser lens 10 is made incident on a Y-directional condenser lens 8 and is passed through this Y-directional condenser lens 8 to be condensed in the Y direction. Since the light irradiated from the LED 7 is condensed in the X direction and the Y direction in this way, even if a flaw on an object to be detected extends in any of the X direction and the Y direction, it can be reliably emphasized.</p> |
