PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device in which a power electronic component and a control electronic component are mounted on one flat surface of a base plate, the device being designed so as to reduce the influence of noise on the control electronic component and improve heat dissipation.SOLUTION: A plurality of semiconductor modules 34 for an electronic control device 101 are mounted on a rear mounting surface 22 of a base plate 2 on a housing 601 side. Since heat can be dissipated from a rear surface 35 to the housing 601 via heat dissipation gel 7, heat dissipation can be improved. Additionally, since a first distance from an end face 630 of a power area correspondence part 63 of the housing 601 is shorter than a second distance from an end face 640 of a control area correspondence part 64 to the base plate 2, "a closed circuit through a plurality of parasitic capacitances" is mainly formed in the range of a power area 23 and the power area correspondence part 63. As a result, noise generated by the semiconductor module 34 of the power area 23 is returned to a generating source through the closed circuit without affecting a control area 24. |
