PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical wireless power feeding system capable of minimizing external influence from a leakage electromagnetic field, without degrading a power feeding efficiency as much as possible.SOLUTION: A medical wireless power feeding system includes: a trocar having an insertion hole; a power transmission coil provided along an outer peripheral surface of the insertion hole; a treatment instrument having an insertion part insertable into the insertion hole and a treatment part provided at a tip of the insertion part; a power-receiving coil provided inside the insertion part and formed such that a longitudinal length thereof is substantially the same as that of the power transmission coil; a conductive cable electrically connecting the treatment part to the power-receiving coil and formed in an expandable manner in a longitudinal direction of the insertion part; and a displacement mechanism to displace the power-receiving coil along the longitudinal direction of the insertion part so as to maintain an arrangement state where the power transmission coil and the power-receiving coil face each other when the treatment instrument is inserted in the trocar. |
