PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit small in size and high in the heat radiation effect of high heating components.SOLUTION: A switching element 20 (21 to 24), a capacitor 30 (31 to 33), relays 41 and 42, a coil 51, and a shunt resistor 52 are components having calorific values equal to or greater than a predetermined value during operation. A heat conducting member 80 is provided to contact at least the switching element 20, the shunt resistor 52, and a heat sink 70 between a substrate 10 and the heat sink 70, and introduces heat of the switching element 20 and the shunt resistor 52 to the heat sink 70. The switching element 20 and the shunt resistor 52 are arranged in a first specific area T1 that is a specific area on one surface 11 of the substrate 10. The capacitor 30, the relays 41 and 42, and the coil 51 are arranged in a second specific area that is a specific area corresponding to the first specific area T1, on the other surface 12 of the substrate 10. |
