<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a probe or a primer for detecting Xanthomonas axonopodis pvs. dieffenbachiae, manihotis or phyullanthi, and to a method for detecting Xanthomonas axonopodis pvs. dieffenbachiae, manihotis or phyullanthi using the same, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a probe or a primer, which species-particularly detects Xanthomonas axonopodis pvs. dieffenbachiae, manihotis or phyullanthi by using 23S rRNA base sequences of Xanthomonas axonopodis pvs. dieffenbachiae represented by sequence number 1, Xanthomonas axonopodis pvs. manihotis represented by sequence number 2, or Xanthomonas axonopodis pvs. phyullanthi represented by sequence number 3, and to a method for detecting Xanthomonas axonopodis pvs. dieffenbachiae, manihotis or phyullanthi by using the probe or the primer manufactured by the manufacturing method.</p> |
