<p>In the present invention, disclosed are an aramid composite material, which satisfies an industrial bullet proof performance standard and features improved light weight, a manufacturing method thereof, and a helmet using the same. The aramid composite material includes an aramid fabric and a resin coating layer formed on the aramid fabric wherein content of the resin coating layer is 10-18 wt% for the content of the aramid fabric, and 20-70 wt% of phenol resin and 20-70 wt% of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) are included in the resin film wherein the molecular weight of the phenol resin is between 500 and 2,000, and the molecular weight of the polyvinyl butyral (PVB) is between 80,000 and 120,000.</p> |
