摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deterioration in the accuracy of measurement due to the variation of a difference between an emission time of measurement light and a sampling start time of measurement data in a photoacoustic measurement apparatus.SOLUTION: The photoacoustic measurement apparatus includes light irradiation means 1 for irradiating pulse light to a subject 2, an acoustic wave probe 31 for receiving an acoustic wave occurring in the subject due to the irradiation of the pulse light, and converting the acoustic wave into an electric signal, conversion means 32 for converting the electric signal into digital data, image generation means 35 for generating an image representing information in the subject on the basis of the digital data, and notification means 34 for generating an emission timing signal representing emission timing of the pulse light. The conversion means generates a clock having the frequency of M times (m is an integer of two or more) of a clock corresponding to a target sampling rate, performs data conversion by using the generated clock with the emission timing signal as a reference, and thins out the digital data by acquiring the converted digital data every m-1 converted digital data.
