<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a self-curing mold capable of obtaining a mold excellent in strength even in the case where reclamation sand is used, a molding binder kit and a molding composition.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a self-curing mold comprises a blending step of acquiring a molding composition by blending refractory particles, a water-soluble phenolic resin, an organic ester compound, an amine compound and an epoxy compound. A molding binder kit is composed of a first binder composition containing an amine compound and a water-soluble phenol, and a second binder composition containing an epoxy compound and an organic ester compound. A molding composition is obtained by mixing refractory particles, a water-soluble phenol resin, an organic ester compound, an amine compound and an epoxy compound.</p> |
