<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion processing device capable of molding a billet of metal or an alloy, for which magnesium with a narrow temperature range that can be subjected to extrusion processing is used as a raw material, into a workpiece or the like without causing the problem of work stoppage, with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The extrusion processing device of the present invention comprises: a body part having an insertion hole for inserting the billet of metal or an alloy (hereinafter referred to as "metals"); a metal mold connected to the body par and having a through-hole of a smaller shape than a diameter of the billet; and heating means arranged in a planar shape on a surface of the metal mold. A workpiece corresponding to the shape of the through-hole is molded by applying extrusion pressure to the billet of metals being inserted into the insertion hole.</p> |
