A virtual-reality training system for a hot rolling process is disclosed. The virtual-reality training system for a hot rolling process may comprise: a hot rolling simulation operating device for automatically or manually controlling the virtual facility of a hot rolling process and supporting feedback control between a process to be trained and a connected process; a connected process setting managing module for selecting the process to be trained and the connected process and setting the conditions of the connected process depending on data input by a user; and a connected process automatic operation driving device for virtually and automatically operating the connected process set by the connected process setting managing module and feeding back the operation result of the connected process to the hot rolling simulation operating device.
