PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for lubricating oil capable of efficiently performing lubrication with the lubricating oil and thereby capable of surely cooling a cooling target with the lubricating oil in a cooling device for cooling the lubricating oil circulated in a transmission for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A cooling device (100) for cooling lubricating oil circulated in a transmission (4) for a vehicle includes a first oil circulation circuit (10) through which clutch oil for lubricating first and second clutches (C1 and C2) of the transmission (4) is circulated, a second oil circulation circuit (20) through which gear oil for lubricating mechanisms other than the first and the second clutches (C1 and C2) of the transmission (4) is circulated, a cooling water circulation circuit (30) through which cooling water for cooling an engine (2) and a motor (3) is circulated, a first heat exchanger (13-1) for exchanging heat between first lubricating oil and second lubricating oil, and a second heat exchanger (13-2) for exchanging heat between the first lubricating oil and the cooling water. |
