PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone control device capable of cancelling a harmonic component by down-conversion, and solving cause of reception sensitivity deterioration.SOLUTION: A portable telephone control device comprises a control part for comparing a reception frequency with data of an integer multiple of a clock frequency from data in a memory to control the clock frequency. The control part sets a clock harmonic component equal to the reception frequency.
