PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a twist hard to occur in a metal sheet that constitutes a fin blank when an inter-column slit is formed in the metal sheet.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for heat exchanger fins comprises a slit processing mold that forms an inter-column slit between columns of a collar part for inserting a heat exchanger pipe to a metal sheet constituting a fin blank. The slit processing mold has an upper blade 120 and a lower blade 140, and the upper blade 120 and the lower blade 140 each have a circular arc shape at both ends in a forward feeding direction of the metal sheet. At least one of the upper blade 120 and the lower blade 140 keeps a radius of curvature of the circular arc of the inlet side end parts 121, 141 of the metal sheet in the forward feeding direction larger than the radius of curvature of the circular arc of the outlet side end parts 122, 142, so that the circular arc of the inlet side end parts 121, 141 more approaches the other blade than the outlet side end parts 122, 142. |
