PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point allocation device and a program therefor capable of automatically changing information that form the basis for customer point calculation in a case of a change in tax rate.SOLUTION: A point allocation device comprises: storage means storing therein point calculation criteria information; point allocation means allocating a customer point based on an article of commerce purchased by a customer or a service used by the customer to the customer in accordance with the point calculation criteria information; and point-calculation-criteria-information change means changing the point calculation criteria information stored in the storage unit after passing of a predetermined date. |
