PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal material, the waste disposal material having a composite layer structure with a core portion and a surface layer, in which a surface layer is made to adhere to a core portion by using adhesion ability of a water absorbing polymer in a surface layer compounding agent without using adhesives, and alternatively, water absorption ability and water conveyance ability originated from the surface layer are exhibited properly.SOLUTION: A waste disposal material is configured as follows: a pulverized water absorbing polymer 7 pulverized in a grain size of 20-50 μm is mixed in a compounding agent of a surface layer 2, and water is added to the surface 1a of a core portion 1 to form a high moisture part discontinuously; the moisture of the high moisture part is reacted with the pulverized water absorbing polymer 7 in the surface layer compounding agent, and an adhesive part 8 is formed discontinuously; the surface layer 2 is made to adhere to the core portion surface 1a via the adhesive part 8; and the infiltration of the urination in the core portion 1 is promoted at a portion 9 other than the adhesive part 8 between the surface layer 2 and the core portion surface 1a in the urination absorption. |
