PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller for suppressing attenuation of a signal from a control IC to a host ECU, while protecting the circuitry against overcurrent.SOLUTION: When an overcurrent 58 flows through an emitter ground circuit using a NPN bipolar transistor 50, that is turned on when a PWM control signal 40 outputted from a control IC 30 is inputted to the base and amplifies the PWM control signal 40 inputted, a current limit transistor 72 in a current limit section 70 is turned on to ground the PWM control signal 40, thus turning a NPN bipolar transistor 50 off. A capacitor 62 and a Zener diode 64 bypass the overcurrent to GND. |
