PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can easily clean a light-emitting surface of pre-charging exposure means, while preventing a floating object, which has been blown up by the air stream inside an image forming apparatus body and floating, from being adhered to the light-emitting surface of the pre-charging means.SOLUTION: In a state where a pre-charging exposure device 15 having a light-emitting member 19 exposing the surface of a photoreceptor drum 6 is provided on the side of the main body of an image forming apparatus 1; a cleaning member 18 that can be in contact with a light-emitting surface 25 of the light-emitting member 19 to clean the light-emitting surface 25 is provided protruding on a process cartridge P side to be opposite to the light-emitting surface 25; the cleaning member 18 is arranged at a position between a fixing device 9 and the pre-charging exposure device 15 where the air stream from the fixing device 9 side is not blown on the light-emitting surface 25 when a process cartridge P is attached to the main body of the image forming apparatus 1. |
