<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter apparatus that can suppress change in indoor environment even if the meteorological state outside a building changes while a person in the building is sleeping, and hardly decreases crime prevention performance in the sleeping state.SOLUTION: A shutter apparatus includes: a window 2 having a window opening/closing member 1; a shutter curtain 3 which can open and close on a building outer side of the window opening/closing member 1; a sleep detection part which detects a person in the building being sleeping; a meteorological detection part which detects the meteorological state outside the building; and a control part 4 which controls the operation of the shutter curtain 3. The control part 4 limits the opening state of the shutter curtain 3 on the basis of detection information of the meteorological detection part when the window opening/closing member 1 is at an opening position and the sleeping state of the person in the building is detected.</p> |
