<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely dispose a fitting plate of seismic isolator to be attached thereto.SOLUTION: The seismic isolator fitting plate is used in top-down construction, which is disposed around a previously constructed column member. A through hole larger than an outer shape of the column member is formed based on an erection position of the column member. Plural divided plates are disposed so as to enclose the column member from the sides of the column member and the seismic isolator fitting plate is disposed at the predetermined position.</p> |
