<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate-cutting method in which a gate part can be sufficiently cut off from a product surface of a resin molding.SOLUTION: A gate-cutting method of a resin molding 10 is a method of cutting a gate part 12 protruded from a product surface 11a of a resin molding. In the gate-cutting method, the gate part is constituted of a base end part 12a equivalent to a portion continuous to the product surface; a tip part 12b apart from the base end part in a direction where the gate part is protruded; and a side part connecting the base end part and the tip part. The side part consists of two facing top face and bottom face and two side surfaces connecting the top face with the bottom face. In a cutting process, the gate part is cut off from the product surface by twisting it by using one side surface 12c out of the two side surfaces as a rotation axis C1.</p> |
