The present invention relates to a TWIP steel sheet-aluminum clad material. More specifically, the TWIP steel sheet-aluminum clad material can be used for a material of an automobile component. According to the present invention, a TWIP steel sheet consisting of 0.15-0.30 wt% of C, 0.01-0.03 wt% of Si, 15-25 wt% of Mn, 1.2-3.0 wt% of Al, no more than 0.02 wt% of P, no more than 0.01 wt% of S, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities.
