PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dielectric breakdown.SOLUTION: An electrode terminal (positive electrode terminal 29) of a secondary battery 10 is electrically joined to an electrode assembly 12 via a positive electrode conductive member 27. The positive electrode terminal 29 is insulated from a case 11 by a terminal insulating member 38. The electrode assembly 12 is housed in the case 11 in a state of being covered with an insulating film 45. The insulating film 45 is also interposed between the case 11 and an exposed portion of the positive electrode terminal 29 which is not covered with the terminal insulating member 38 and faces the case 11. |
