PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell unit and a weighing device capable of achieving size reduction.SOLUTION: A load cell unit includes: a load cell; an upper restriction portion; a lower restriction portion; a restricted portion; an overload regulation portion; and a headlong falling impact regulation portion. The load cell includes a fixed portion fixed to a base; and a movable portion receiving the load of a weighing target, and deforms upon receiving the load. The upper restriction portion and the lower restriction portion are provided fixedly with respect to the base, and the lower restriction portion is disposed below the upper restriction portion to be spaced apart from the upper restriction portion. The restricted portion is fixedly provided with respect to the movable portion, located between the upper restriction portion and the lower restriction portion, and opposed to the upper restriction portion and the lower restriction portion via a predetermined clearance. The overload regulation portion is attached to the restricted portion so that a distance to the lower restriction portion is changeable. The headlong falling impact regulation portion is attached to the upper restriction portion so that a distance to the restricted portion is changeable. |
