PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic image formation device that can be inexpensively manufactured and allows mass production, and provide a method of manufacturing the device.SOLUTION: First and second light control units 12 and 13 including band-like light reflection surfaces 16, 17, 23, and 24 erected in parallel are disposed on one side and the other side of one transparent plate material 11. The light reflection surfaces 16 and 17 of the first light control unit 12 and the light reflection surfaces 23 and 24 of the second light control unit 13 are arranged in an orthogonal state in the plane view. During manufacturing the stereoscopic image formation device, the first light control unit 12 is formed on the one side of the transparent plate material 11, and then the second light control unit 13 is formed on the other side of the transparent plate material 11. |
