PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer body (tubular body) that has a small variation in surface resistivity to intermediately transfer high-quality images with less unevenness in image density.SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer body 10 contains a crystalline resin such as a polyphenylene sulfide resin, carbon black having an average primary particle diameter of 25 nm or less, and a 0.5 parts by mass or more and 5 parts by mass or less of a nigrosine dye relative to 100 parts by mass of the crystalline resin, to suppress a variation in the surface resistivity of the intermediate transfer body 10.
