<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound output device capable of learning the sound of a sentence or a word by having a sentence or a word in text pronounced while changing a tone of voice.SOLUTION: A sound output device 1 comprises: sound data storage means 80 in which sound data 30AM is stored in correlation with text; display means 10, 21 for displaying text; tone of voice discrimination and display control means 20 for exerting control on the basis of the sound data stored in the sound data storage means 80 so that a tone of voice is added to each word in the text and discrimination and display indicating the tone of voice is made; tone of voice change means 20 for changing, by a user operation, the tone of voice of any word discriminately displayed by the tone of voice discrimination and display control means 20; and tone of voice changed sound output control means 20 for exerting control so that the sound data of text is outputted by changing its tone of voice in accordance with the tone of voice of the word changed by the tone of voice change means 20.</p> |
