<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking apparatus in which the temperature of a cooking container (a cooking utensil such as a pot) such as a gas stove can be detected and loading of the cooking container can be detected.SOLUTION: A heating cooking apparatus includes a temperature detector in which a fixed side supporting member 56 is provided with a moving side support cylinder 53 with an abutment body 51 bonded with a temperature sensor so as to move in the vertical motion, energizing means 54 energizes the moving side support cylinder in the upper direction, and an abutment body moves in the vertical motion following the cooking container to abut the bottom surface of the cooking container. One of the moving side support and the fixed side supporting member includes a magnetic material 65, and the other of them includes a coil 70. A control part is configured to detect an electric current flowing through the coil, when a predetermined AC voltage is applied to the coil and measures an impedance with respect to the AC voltage of the coil. If the measured impedance is greater than a predetermined impedance, the cooking container is determined to be in a loading state of the cooking container loaded on the abutting member.</p> |
