<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic propulsion device that has a simple structure with light weight and transforms following the bend of an insertion tube, and thereby does not prevent the movement of the insertion tube, facilitates operation and reduces a patient's physical burden.SOLUTION: A pair of front and rear stoppers 5, 6 is inserted and attached in the tip side of an insertion tube 3 constituting an endoscope, a pair of front and rear magnetic rings 7, 8 is reciprocatably inserted and fitted between the pair of front and rear stoppers 5, 6, and a propellant 9 is reciprocatably inserted and fitted between the pair of front and rear magnetic rings 7, 8. The propellant 9 comprises an annular substrate 10, two or more propulsion arms 11 separately disposed in the circumferential direction on an outer circumferential edge of the annular substrate 10, and a pair of actuating rings 13 disposed oppositely to both surface sides of the annular substrate 10 and having one hand connected to a base end side of the propulsion arm 11. The pair of front and rear stoppers 5, 6 and the magnetic rings 7, 8 are alternately brought into abutment with the actuating ring 13 by the conversion control of polarity and the longitudinal movement thereof, and thereby the propulsion arm 11 is made to perform expansion and contraction operation.</p> |
