<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the feeling of vertical resolution when shifting from moving picture photographing of interlace system to slow shutter photographing, in a noise reduction process of circulation type.SOLUTION: In an ordinary photographing in which the exposure time of an imaging sensor 102 is not longer than a predetermined time, a video signal obtained by imaging is stored in a frame memory 108 as a field imaging signal of interlace system. In a slow shutter photographing in which the exposure time of the imaging sensor 102 is not shorter the predetermined time, the image signal is stored in the frame memory 108 as a frame imaging signal of progressive system. In the first frame period changed from ordinary photographing to slow shutter photographing, a frame imaging signal to be input to a circulation type NR processing section 112 is produced on the basis of a field imaging signal before at least stored one frame period.</p> |
