A correlated double sampling circuit comprises a sampling unit or an output reset unit. The sampling unit generates output signals by performing correlated double sampling (CDS) based on a ramp signal for reset or image components included in input signals provided from a pixel array. The output reset unit resets the output signals to a reference voltage level based on reset control signals activated respectively during a first reset interval, which is prior to the start of a first comparison operation which is performed for reset components of the ramp signals and of the input signals, and during a second reset interval, which is prior to the start of a second comparison operation which is performed for image components of the ramp signals and of the input signals.
