The present invention relates to a polyester resin composition for a release film of a stacked ceramic condenser and a polyester film using the same and, more specifically, a polyester resin composition for a release film of a stacked ceramic condenser, which is allowed to control surface roughness and accordingly has no coarse protrusion and fish eye because a base composition including polyester resin and inert inorganic particles is manufactured in a single layer or a multilayered film, and the size of the inert inorganic particle is controlled through a distribution and a filter process, and a manufacturing method of films using the same.
