The present invention relates to a boil-off gas processing system and a boil-off gas processing method in a floating storage-type gas power plant. During normal operation, fuel in a fuel tank can be supplied to a power plant and boil-off gas generated from the fuel tank can be compressed, liquefied and re-supplied to the power plant. During abnormal operation (in case of being unable to supply fuel due to the malfunction of the power plant), fuel can be supplied to an auxiliary intermediate pressure tank and be stored after the boil-off gas generated from the fuel tank is compressed and liquefied. A necessary amount of fuel can be supplied to the power plant and the remainder can be stored in the auxiliary intermediate pressure tank by compressing and liquefying the boil-off gas in the process of loading and unloading the fuel tank.
